This massage is about listening to you and the subtle and not so subtle messages of your body in order to provide a unique, effective, and nurturing experience. You can expect a range of light to medium pressure as well as a soothing hot pack and aromatherapy oils as desired.
This is a great choice for those seeking to lower their stress levels, relieve their aches and pains and/or find some embodied support and care for their grief or anxiety.

Meditative massage
This deeply relaxing and meditative hour combines subtle massage tehniques with a series of light hand positions that are held for several minutes each. I offer a calm, kind touch that provides comfort, restoration, and support. Allow your nervous system to regulate and your mind to float in a quiet state perfect for restoration and healing.
This massage relies heavily on my study of Reiki, Biodynamic Massage and MABT (Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy). You are welcome to remain clothed, if desired.

Cupping is a time-honored form of therapy that uses the principles of suction or negative pressure to help provide the body with the right cues for relaxation and relief. I offer cupping as an add-on to be incorporated into your full massage session.

End your Supportive Massage with 15 minutes of deeply relaxing and grounding hands-on energy work that will aid your body's ability to find balance and healing. I am a certified Reiki 1 practitioner. This service is included as part of your session and does not add any additional time to your appointment.
