Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take health insurance or bill for motor vehicle accidents?

Bene Massage does NOT bill insurance of any kind. Payment is expected either prior to your appointment or at the time of service. If you have been in a car accident and would like a superbill to send to your insurance for reimbursement, please just let me know.

  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

I ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling so that I can attempt to fill the appointment with another client. You can cancel/reschedule by following the link in your confirmation or reminder email or you can call/text or email. There will be a $25 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice and the full price of your session will be charged if you fail to show to your appointment and give no notice.

  • Is tipping expected?

At Bene Massage, tipping is always optional. I no longer accept tips if you pre-pay for your session with a card because I don’t believe in tipping before you’re provided a service. If you wish to leave a tip at the end of your appointment, I gratefully accept cash and Venmo.

If you want to show your appreciation, referring a friend or family member or leaving a review is a always a great option and it means a lot to me. Thank you.

  • What forms of payment do you prefer?

You are welcome to pre-pay when you schedule or you can pay at the time of service by card, check, cash or Venmo. Whatever is most convenient for you is fine with me.
